CareFirst associates -- at every level invest their time and money in programs that benefit the communities in which they live, work and play. In 2007, over 750 CareFirst associates represented the company by raising money for 35 community events. 2008 promises to yield a strong associate effort on behalf of the community. CareFirst and its associates pledged and raised $846,334 for United Way programs in four states and the District of Columbia.
