Grant Instructions
Grants from CareFirst are accepted throughout the year. All requests for grants from CareFirst must include a cover letter, executive summary and proposal narrative. For detailed information, please click on the box below. 
For event sponsorship requests, CareFirst will only accept a cover letter and a standard sponsorship package. Viewing and printing these applications requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download it free from the Adobe site.
